Terra is a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed therapist with extensive training in neuro-affirming adult autism and ADHD assessments. As a late-identified autistic individual, she brings personal experience to her practice, which deepens her understanding of the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals. Her professional focus is on supporting neurodivergent mothers, helping them navigate the complexities of motherhood while honoring and embracing their neurodivergent identities.
Terra’s therapeutic approach is informed by a variety of modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). This integrative approach allows her to tailor treatment to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. She is also in the process of obtaining Perinatal Mental Health Certification to further specialize in supporting individuals during the perinatal period.
Terra has experience working with autistic and ADHD individuals, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, and the transition to motherhood, as well as the processing of trauma that may be triggered in motherhood.
