Jennifer Disco is a dual-degree Master of Social Work and Nonprofit Management student at Case Western Reserve University (Class of 2026). She is deeply committed to mental health and trauma-informed care, having provided school-based case management and therapeutic support to children and adolescents. Jennifer also has experience working with adults in substance use recovery, offering strengths-based, client-centered support and collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and needs. As a former sexual assault victim advocate, she supported survivors with compassion and integrity. Jennifer continues this advocacy through her service on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence. Jennifer brings a calm, grounded presence to her work. Guided by the belief that every person holds inherent worth and value, Jennifer’s work centers on walking alongside others as they heal, grow, and become the fullest expression of themselves.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys practicing yoga, sailing when the weather is warm, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her family.
