Elise Rolston

Position: Social Work Intern
Location: Westlake

I’m Elise, a graduate student at Case Western Reserve University pursuing a dual Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and Business Administration (MBA). I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Cognitive Science from Case Western Reserve in 2023. My professional experience includes supporting young adults in school-based settings and working with children in residential care, which has shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized support.

I view therapy as a collaborative and empowering process grounded in trust, respect, and authenticity. My approach is person-centered, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where clients of all ages feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe each person holds the innate capacity for growth and healing, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate their unique journeys.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy working out, reading, and spending time with my cat. I look forward to connecting and working together in a space that fosters openness, curiosity, and healing.
