My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a judgment-free, safe place to open the door for sharing, understanding, and healing. My approach to therapy begins with building a genuine, empathetic, and trusting relationship with clients. My mission is to help you emotionally heal and process your life experiences. I enjoy creating an individualized approach tailored to your specific needs, and together, we can identify strengths and coping skills to overcome what you are going through. I aim to help you find hope that you can foster healthy change in your life, relationships, and overall well-being.

I am a licensed professional counselor who received my Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I work with people of all ages, mainly surrounding issues of depression and anxiety, life transitions, stress, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, relationship/communication issues, self-esteem, and spirituality. I enjoy utilizing various approaches, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as strength-based and person-centered techniques. I provide play-based therapy for children.

I foster a mind-body approach to well-being and believe that wholeness and healing of the mind, body, and spirit will lead to true well-being. Life, stress, and trauma can negatively impact our well-being, if left untreated. I would love to be a part of your healing journey and hope to provide the knowledge, tools, and a little humor to help you achieve your full potential.
