Welcome, my name is Kelly and I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

First of all, I commend your courage for coming here and seeking support.

Secondly, I want you to know, I am somewhat non-traditional as I have embarked on a career in mental health and wellness a bit later in life. Mental health has been a passion of mine since I was young and with hard work, I am here and available to support you.

My career started many years ago in Hotel Management, I spent years working for The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, and, like their motto, I am at your service.

You will be the most important person in the room as the expert of your life and your vision. I will meet you where you are with compassion, grace, and acceptance so we may build a relationship based on trust and alliance. I welcome you into my room where you will find a safe space to land and navigate life’s challenges. I’ve learned that much of life revolves around ones sense of self. My room has space to explore, reconnect or develop your sense of self. Aspace where you can gently move towards bringing the vision you have for your life alive.

I have graduated from The University of Akron with honors. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I come to you with many years of real life experience and recovery. As a woman, employee, mother, spouse, student, sister, daughter, catholic, and a person that has done the work to manage symptoms of anxiety, grief, and depression, trust me when I say, “I get it.” It was through learning, practicing, and now educated and trained in evidence-base practices like DBT, CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, I became passionate to give back in service and advocacy.

I welcome the opportunity to share and support your own personal journey to wellness, balance and contentment.

I welcome working with women, children, adolescents, teens, adults, seniors, families, and couples who find themselves struggling with symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, adjustment, bi-polar, suicidality, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, stress, borderline personality, OCD, ODD, anger, grief and autism spectrum. I also work with those who have dual diagnosis or comorbid conditions.
