Christine Douglas
Christine is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who utilizes an empathetic approach in helping patients who are struggling with their mental health. Christine strives to develop individualized treatment plans, through evidence-based practice and medication management, designed to help patients reach their mental health goals. Christine has experience treating across the age span.
Christine received her master’s degree from Walden University and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Her experience encompasses a wide range of psychiatric disorders including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, and sleep disorders.
Christine’s patient goals are to increase their quality of life by supporting them in a nonjudgmental manner on their journey. She hopes to minimize the stigma associated with mental health disorders, enabling patients to seek the care they need, while facilitating increased accessibility to psychiatric care.
