Your journey matters. You matter. I hope to provide a validating, safe, and nurturing environment where you can find yourself, be yourself, and express yourself. I would like to meet you where you are on your individual journey and walk alongside you as we collectively work toward meeting your goals.
I have experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. Within my clinical experience, I have provided grief counseling, family therapy, group and individual therapy services, college counseling, and raised mental health awareness amongst the college-age population. My treatment areas of specialty include but are not limited to attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I am a person-centered therapist who tailors therapy to meet your individual needs while also utilizing CBT, DBT, play therapy and/or mindfulness techniques.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Psychology from John Carroll University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University.
When you’re ready, I am eager to join you on this journey!
