Holding Space Psychotherapy Internship Program
What you can expect from the Holding Space Internship program:
- Clinical exposure to various ages, ethnicities, and presenting problems.
- Well rounded shadowing experience (3-6 weeks depending on level of experience, this will go towards direct practice hours) with various clinicians that have different specialities/therapeutic interventions/modalities.
- Opportunity to develop case studies
- Develop and carry out a 6-8 week therapeutic group
Requirements:
- Submit resume and cover letter
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science preferably psychology
- At least six months of experience in a clinical, caregiving or teaching setting.
- Ability to engage in consistent problem solving and self directed work, ability to main accountability with school and hour requirements independent of supervisors guidance, willingness to develop and co-lead groups.
