When you schedule an appointment, that spot is reserved for you and only you. You are asked to arrive on time for your session to ensure its timely start. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session, you will be considered a no-show. 

You are welcome to cancel or miss any appointment, at any time, for any reason. However, if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours from the start of your session, or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $125, regardless of reason. 

Although we do appreciate being notified after the 48 hour deadline, it is very difficult to fill your slot on such short notice. Notifying your provider in advance of a need to miss or reschedule allows them a chance to fill the appointment time that was reserved exclusively for you with another patient who would like to be seen.

You may cancel or reschedule appointments by calling 440-310-6361 or emailing your provider. Please note that insurance cannot be billed for and does not reimburse for a late cancellation/no show fee ($125). This is your financial responsibility.
